How this site handles your information.

Who I am

I'm Luke Morano, and I run Lumor Advisory Ltd. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and I'm responsible for the personal information described here.

This website

I don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site, and nothing loads from third parties when you visit it. The fonts are served from the site itself. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, as part of running the service.

The self-assessment works in your browser. Your answers aren't stored or sent anywhere.

Booking a conversation

If you book through the booking page, Google Calendar processes the details you enter: your name, your email address and anything you write in the form. I receive them and use them only to arrange the conversation and follow up on it. I rely on legitimate interests for this, meaning replying to someone who has asked to talk.

Emailing me

If you email me, I use your message and your address to reply. My email runs on Google Workspace.

How long I keep it

I keep these details only as long as I need them for the conversation and any follow-up. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Who else sees it

I don't sell your details or use them to market to you if you haven't asked. They're shared only with the services above that run the booking and the email. Links to LinkedIn, Substack and Google lead to services with their own privacy policies.

If we work together

If we work together, I'll set out in writing how information from the work is handled before it starts.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

For any of this, email luke@lukemorano.com.
